3. Financial Transaction Policy
3.1 Deposits
To deposit funds on zxbaji you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). zxbaji does not charge any conversion fee, however the payment provider may apply their own charges.
3.4 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious or fraudulent, zxbaji reserves the right to keep it on hold pending investigation. If evidence of money laundering or any other financial irregularity is found, the account will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw after receiving a bonus, wagering of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
- Any attempt to use a bonus through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
- Promotional bonuses may have a specific expiry period, which will be stated in the offer details.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, zxbaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
5. Fair Play and Code of Conduct
5.1 Permitted Use
The zxbaji platform is designed entirely for entertainment purposes. Users are expected to play fairly and from their own account.
